About Us:

Evergreen Contracting, LLC is a locally based company out of Baltimore, MD. We are a medium sized company specializing in commercial construction and specialty/industrial flooring applications. We have crews of all sizes to complete any project, be it small or large, simple or complex. We have successfully completed many projects including:

We still perform all our own carpentry in house, as well as floor underlayments and all epoxy/resinous flooring. We have also added an experienced office staff and expanded our field staff to offer our clients a full general contracting and construction management firm. 

We have extensive knowledge in all markets, and welcome the opportunity to bid any project you may have. Our specialties are in production plants, printing plants, processing plants, class A tenant fit outs and hospitality facilities.

Employees:

Our employees have years of dedicated service in our respective trades, and all apprentices are taught the only way to complete the job, the right way. This is accomplished through vigorous training in industry accepted applications of both the material, and the work needed to install the finished product. Everything we install is done to product installation instructions, and at a level of quality that is above industry standards.

Safety:

Safety is crucial at Evergreen Contracting, LLC. We take special care to make sure we are up to date with all new OSHA rules, and weekly "toolbox" meetings help to continue awareness of existing rules to everyone working in the field. Our employees are OSHA 10 & OSHA 30 certified, and have safety certifications to operate all jobsite equipment including forklifts & scissor lifts. All necessary  jobsite protection is used in full force at all times, including hard hats, safety harnesses, gloves, and respirators when required.

We are a licensed and insured company in the state of Maryland. We are an established company and have credit extended with multiple suppliers, who provide competitive pricing, and in turn can be past on to you, the client. We always appreciate the opportunity to bid on any work that you may have. We can provide a very quick turn around on proposals. We can also help in the value engineering of your project. References are also available upon request, along with pictures of completed work, and site visits arranged for current projects.

We take each and every project very seriously and work steady to see that both your, and the clients needs and schedules are met. We constantly stay up to date with new products and installation procedures that can ultimately benefit the final price and/or final completion date of the project. We work around the clients schedule to accommodate their work hours, and work over whenever needed to bring a project in on time, and on budget. We try to stay as competitive as possible in the market while still delivering the absolute best that you would expect from an General Contractor.
